TheForkUserA pleasant discovery. A very small restaurant, very tastefully decorated. We were welcomed by two guys with a wonderful smile, super professional and prepared. The small menu (few dishes for a very high quality) is very particular, we decided to take advice from the guy who proposed different dishes to us. It was all really delicious, special mention for the tagliatelle with sheep ragù, I don't eat sheep because I don't like that strong flavor of the meat, but I had to change my mind and I also mopped it up. Very soft and delicate meat. Absolutely recommended if you want to try dishes that innovate with style and refined professionalism the true Sardinian tradition.

TheForkUsermy experience was very good. We have been there for the first time. The location was comfortable, clean and roomy. Food was special. I recommend it trying but I realised that the discount percentage declared on the "The Fork" app was not real. You ended up to pay the regular bill of menu. This is not correct.

TheForkUserI have been visiting Carloforte as a tourist for over 20 years, I am not easily satisfied for dinner, I go exclusively to Nicolo or Andrea, but now I have finally discovered another restaurant that lives up to my expectations: Primo Maggio We (5 of us) tasted: fresh grilled tuna, cod meatballs, zucchini frittatas with vegetable charcoal, tuna mousse, fresh linguine with grains, Carlofortina style, fresh spaghetti with clams, grilled red prawns, panna cotta, seadas. Everything, really everything, delicious, freshly prepared. The products are very fresh, the cooking is homely, the service is quick, excellent value for money.
